4. Size and Measurement Chart

5. Pricing

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• If a pricing or listing error is found, we may cancel or correct the order and inform you before dispatch.
• Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless stated, and may have expiry dates or minimum order conditions.

6. Placing an Order

• An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or an unserviceable delivery area.
• We may contact you by phone to verify your order, especially for Cash on Delivery.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following:

a) Online Payment via SSLCommerz

• Payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz, which supports cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), and internet banking.
• We do not store your card, PIN, or mobile banking credentials. All sensitive data is handled by SSLCommerz and your bank or provider.
• If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us within [48 hours] with your transaction ID. Verified failed or duplicate payments will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Bank or gateway charges, if any, are governed by your bank or provider.

b) Cash on Delivery (COD)

• You pay the delivery person in cash when you receive your order.
• Please keep the exact amount ready. Delivery persons may not carry change.
• We may require advance payment for high-value orders or for customers with repeated refused or returned COD orders.
• Refusing delivery without valid reason repeatedly may result in COD being disabled for your account or number.

8. Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners.
• Estimated delivery: [Inside Dhaka: 1-2 working days] | [Outside Dhaka: 2-3 working days]. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.
• Delivery charge: [Inside Dhaka: BDT 100] | [Outside Dhaka: BDT 150]. Free delivery may apply above [BDT 10,000].
• Please provide a complete and correct address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
• If you are unreachable after [2–3] attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.

9. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on [phone/WhatsApp/email].
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or use our return policy.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund follows Section 11.

10. Return and Exchange Policy

• You may request a return or exchange within [3–7] days of receiving your order.
• Eligible cases: wrong item, wrong size sent, damaged or defective product, or a significant difference from the listing.
• Conditions: items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
• Not eligible: innerwear and undergarments, socks, items on final sale or clearance (if marked), items damaged after delivery, and items altered or worn.
• Size exchange: if the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it once, subject to stock availability. [Delivery charges for exchange due to size choice are borne by the customer / specify your policy.]
• For our errors (wrong or defective item), we cover return delivery costs.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product within the return window.
• Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person where possible and report visible damage immediately.

11. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Online payments (SSLCommerz): refunded to the original payment method within [7–10] working days of approval. Timing depends on your bank or provider.
• COD orders: refunded via [bKash/Nagad/bank transfer] to the account you provide.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

12. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, internet or courier disruptions, or payment gateway downtime.
• Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
